Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery timeframe: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery timeframe: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Shipping to Asia and certain remote regions may not be available. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided:
- Items are in original condition with all packaging and tags intact
- All original protective films remain on lenses
- Cases and accessories are included
- Items are unworn, undamaged, and free from alterations
Non-Returnable Items:
Based on our product categories, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom prescription lenses (from our Opticals category)
- Items marked as final sale in New Season Arrivals
Return Process

- Wait for Authorization: Our Chicago-based customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship Your Return: Package the item securely using the original packaging and include all documentation. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Inspection: Upon receipt, our quality team will inspect returned items (typically within 3-5 business days).
- Processing: Once approved, your refund or exchange will be processed.
Exchange Process
For exchanges (subject to availability):
- Follow the standard return process
- Specify your desired exchange item (from current collections like Aviator, Cat Eye, or Oval frames)
- If the new item is of higher value, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
- If of lower value, we’ll refund the difference
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item via our standard shipping method.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
- Credit Card/PayPal: 5-10 business days after approval
- Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error
